Seeking Biracial, Multiracial, and Mixed Heritage Participants for a Racial Experiences Study

My name is Amanda Rivera and I am a doctoral student of clinical-community psychology at the University of La Verne. I am currently working on my dissertation, under the supervision of Christopher Liang, Ph.D.

Please consider participating in my study, which is focused on the unique experiences of biracial, multiracial, and mixed heritage individuals. Participants will be entered in a raffle to win ONE OF FOUR $50 gift certificates to Target or Barnes and Noble. To participate in the study, individuals must be 18 years or older. The study should take approximately 30 to 40 minutes to complete and your responses will be kept confidential.

Looking for Pregnant Mixed-Race Teen or Expectant Dad? (UK)

Channel 4 is making a documentary about YOUNG PARENTS

We are looking for pregnant teens aged 14 -19 years old and young parents.

We are particularly keen to hear from black or mixed race individuals.

Are you a black or mixed race pregnant teenager?

Or are you having a mixed race child?

We want to hear what you think about:

Relationships? - Family? – Parenting? - Teen life? – Culture?

Your views could help shape an exciting new TV programme.

Black & mixed race artists wanted for new series of Channel 4 ‘SKINS’

Mad Dog Casting are looking for up to 30 black and mixed race faces to work in a Christian church scene in the new series of ‘Skins’.

Filming in Bristol
Dates TBC but over the next month
Paid work: approx £75 a day (Mad Dog Casting Ltd deduct 15% from the total)
No travel paid so it is essential that you’re local or can get yourself to Bristol for 7am start.
Possibly only 1 or 2 days work; 12 hour day
Must be over 16

Location: Bristol, United Kingdom

Payment details: Approx £75 per day (- 15% commission)

Note: All minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
